Crímenes del lenguaje - consider about

Veamos algunos ejemplos:

  • “I considered his offer.” (Correcto)

  • “I thought about his offer.” (Correcto)

  • “I considered about his offer.” (Incorrecto)

  • “While you are writing, consider who the letter is for and why they are reading it.”

  • “While you are writing, bear in mind who you are writing for and why they are reading it.”

Veamos todas estas en un diálogo:

Simon: “Dave, can you come over here? There’s something I need to discuss with you.”
Dave: “Sure, what do you want to talk about?
Simon: “It’s this new project. I’m considering two options and I’d like some advice.”
Dave: “Well, I can see here that the first design looks better. It’s important to bear in mind the cost, though. The second design is less expensive.” Simon: “Thanks, Dave. I guess I need a bit more time to think about it.”
