Deposit – 押金
在租約內通常房東會要求先預付一個月到兩個月的房租，當退租時，若房子有任何損壞，可以從這筆押金內扣除，其他的退回給房客。
Lease / Rental agreement – 承租合約
Rent – 每月承租人支付費用
Tenant – 租房子的人(即承租人)
Utilities – 瓦斯、水電
租房廣告一般刊登在線上分類、報紙或超商公佈欄。充分收集租房資訊將有助於找到理想的公寓，你可以直接打電話給他們詢問：
