在網路或國外選定商品後，最重要的便是弄清楚商品是否有寄送、包裝、售後服務，以及維修保固的相關內容。在今天的英語學習單元中，就讓我們來學學如何用英語詢問這些資訊：

詢問商品寄送資訊

**A：**Do you deliver to other countries?
**B：**I’m sorry. We only deliver domestically.
**A：**So, how do I ship these things to Taiwan?
**B：**You can use services that provide international shipping, such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

**A：**請問你們有提供海外寄送的服務嗎？
**B：**很抱歉，我們只有國內的寄送服務。
**A：**那我可以怎麼將這些東西運回台灣？
**B：**您可以試試提供國際寄送服務的公司，像是FedEx、UPS、DHL。

• domestically (adv.) 國內地
• ship (v.) 郵寄；運送

**A：**Can you help me send these electronic products to Taiwan?
**B：**I’m sorry we can’t, but we can send them to your hotel, and from there, you can send them back through the post office.
**A：**Is the post office at the airport open on weekends?
**B：**Yes, it is.

**A：**可以幫我將這些電器產品寄到台灣嗎？
**B：**不好意思，不行，但我們可以寄到您的旅館，從那裡您可以利用郵局寄回去。
**A：**機場的郵局假日有營業嗎？
**B：**有的。

詢問商品的包裝資訊

**A：**Can you wrap this for me, please? It’s a gift.
**B：**No problem. Standard wrapping is free, but we charge $5 for special wrapping.
**A：**Why $5?
**B：**Because it comes with special wrapping paper, a ribbon, accessories, and our company’s very own card.

**A：**這是要送人的禮物，可以幫我包裝嗎？
**B：**沒問題。我們的標準包裝免費，不過特殊包裝要$5。
**A：**為什麼要$5呢？
**B：**因為我們會用特殊的包裝紙、緞帶、小飾品、以及一張本公司專用的卡片。

**A：**Please wrap this vase carefully so that it wouldn’t break on its way to Taiwan.
**B：**No problem. I’ll use a cardboard box and fill it with Styrofoam balls.

**B：**And make sure to put a “Fragile” sign on the box when you send it.

**A：**請將這個花瓶仔細包好，這樣寄的時候才不會破掉。
**B：**沒問題。我會用厚紙盒幫您裝，並用保麗龍球塞滿盒子。

詢問商品的售後服務

**B：**Yes, they will. You just have to show them this invoice and the receipt.

**A：**請問這個大衣在台灣有售後服務嗎？
**B：**有的。您可以聯絡我們在那裡的分店維修。
**A：**可是我不是在那裡買的，他們還會維修嗎？
**B：**會的。您只要將這個購買憑證及發票給他們看就行了。

**A：**What should I do if I encounter any problems or require any care for this bag?
**B：**You can take it to a specialty store in your country, and they will send it to our centralized maintenance center in France.
**A：**And then?
**B：**We’ll quote a price and ask you whether you are willing to proceed with the maintenance.

**A：**這個包包以後若有問題或需要保養，該怎麼辦呢？
**B：**您可以拿到您國家的專賣店，他們會幫您寄回我們法國統一維修的地方。
**A：**然後呢？
**B：**我們會向您報價，看您還是否願意維修。

• maintenance (n.) 維修；保養

• proceed (v.) 繼續進行

詢問商品的維修及保固

**A：**Should I send this bag back to you if I need it repaired?
**B：**No. We have a partner in Taiwan that can do maintenance. Here’s their information.
**A：**Are you sure that’s okay?
**B：**Yes. And doing so will shorten your waiting period to around one to two weeks.

**A：**請問這個包包要維修的話，必須寄回您這裡嗎？
**B：**不需要。我們在台灣有配合維修的廠商，這裡是他們的資料。
**A：**你確定這樣妥當嗎？
**B：**是的，而且這樣您等待的時間就會縮短，只需一、二週的時間。

• shorten (v.) 減少；縮短

**A：**Can you tell me how long the warranty is for this laptop?
**B：**It’s two years for the machine and one year for the battery.
**A：**Is there a trial period?
**B：**The trial period’s seven days. You can bring it back anytime if you encounter any problems.

**A：**請問一下這個筆電保固期多久？
**B：**機身是兩年，電池是一年。
**A：**那有沒有試用期？
**B：**試用期是七天，這當中若有任何問題都可拿回來。

• warranty (n.) 保固
• trial period 試用期
