一個好的問答時段會讓整體簡報加分，不過英語非母語的講者通常都認為這部分難度很高，因為比較無法掌控聽眾的問題，也無從準備。但這並不是說你在 Q&A session 就只能聽天由命喔，要讓自己在 Q&A session 顯得專業，你可以在準備簡報內容時便先預期客戶可能會問的問題，並將答案準備好，屆時若剛好被問到類似的問題，便能從容不迫地回答。今天就來學學如何完勝簡報的問答時段！

1.邀請聽眾提問

● I think I’ll close here. Any questions?

我想就此結束。有任何問題嗎？

3.聽不懂問題

● Would you say that again, please?

● Sorry, I didn’t quite catch that.

抱歉，我沒有聽得很懂（您的問題）。

4.回答問題後確認是否妥當

● Are you clear now?

您現在清楚了嗎？

● Does that answer your question?

我有回答到您的問題嗎？

● Have I explained that clearly?

我有解釋清楚了嗎？

5.承認不會回答

● I’m afraid I don’t know the answer to your question.

我恐怕不知道您問題的答案。

● I could probably guess, but honestly I don’t know the exact figure.

我可以試著猜猜看，但老實說我不知道確切的數字。

● To be honest, I’m not sure about the specs for that product.

老實說，我不確定那項產品的規格。

6.無法及時回答

● I’m afraid I can’t answer your question off the top of my head*.

我恐怕無法馬上回答您的問題。

● I don’t know offhand, but maybe I can check and get back to you later?

我現在不知道答案，但或許我可以查詢過後晚點給您答覆？

● I’m afraid I don’t have that information. But if you leave your email address with me, I’ll get back to you on that.

我恐怕沒有那些資訊。不過若您將電子郵件留給我，我之後可以回覆您。

* off the top of one’s head 是慣用語，意思是「未經仔細考慮或計算」，此處意指講者無法馬上從腦中想出答案。

7.同意或不同意聽眾提問或意見

● You can say that again.

您說得沒錯。

● I completely agree with you.

我完全同意您。

● I’m afraid I have to disagree with you.

我恐怕無法認同您。

● I see what you mean, but I don’t agree with you on a few points.

我了解您的意思，不過有幾點我無法同意。

● I see your point, but have you considered the other side of the argument?

我了解您的觀點，不過您是否有考慮過另一方的論點？
